A tradition that unites Italy

The history of Panificio Patti is strictly connected to his founder Patti Francesco. He is a Sicilian man who moved in Gressoney (Aosta Valley), when he was a child.

After a couple of years he transferred to Biella a small city in Piemonte. He was living in a house where there was a big oven and here has finally been created Panificio Patti.

In the beginning the family was running the business with his top notch product “Ciabatta Italia” (a type of bread) crunchy and tasty.

Subsequently the production was extended to other products: sweets and breadsticks (the main product nowadays). Today Andrea Cavallari is owning the business and Panificio Patti Srl has four shops one in Milan and the others in Biella.

The shipment of breadsticks and sweets is covering the north of Italy and part of the Europe.

All the production line is handcrafted and recipes have the best and healthiest ingredients accordingly to Andrea’s mission without using any preservatives.

The taste of Patti in the heart of Milano

Right in the heart of Milano, in via Paleocapa 2, a few steps from the Sforza Castle, Patti opened a large and modern shop.

Inside it you can find all the products that made the Biellese bakery famous. Perfect for a stylish coffee break, a great lunch or a nice drink with friends in the evening.

Ours chef puts his long international experience at the service of the guests, offering original menus characterized by dishes prepared just with refined ingredients of the highest quality.

The place is youthful and dynamic, just like the Patti philosophy.
